The Sicilian olives for excellence are the Nocellara variety table olives. The south west side of the island is surrounded by olive trees caressed by the breeze of the Mediterranean sea.
Round shape, traditionally harvested by hand. Crispy and gentle spicy, excellent to enjoy also as a garnish snacks and aperitifs.
